Data protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible.

Contact with us
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Contact form
After you have sent the contact form, the personal data you have entered will be processed by the data controller for the purpose of processing your enquiry on the basis of your consent given by sending the form. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. The only consequence of not providing this data is that you will not be able to submit your enquiry and we will not be able to process it. You have the right to withdraw your consent in writing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Further processing of the data, which is compatible with the original purpose of processing, is carried out on the same legal basis for the purpose of direct marketing in forms that do not require consent, such as the addressed postal dispatch of advertising, until objection is made. In this case, the data will be forwarded to the mailing service provider. You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time by written notification. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct advertising.

Legal basis for data processing:

On the website, data is processed exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).

Data processing (web shop, product reviews, booking tool and user account) is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b) (contract performance purposes) GDPR.

If analysis tools are used, the data is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR. The legitimate interest in the use of data is to improve the website and to measure the success of online advertising.

The use of IT data security measures is also based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR. The legitimate interest in data use is to secure our own IT systems.

Social media plug-ins are only used with consent. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a) GDPR. Consent must be given again each time the website is accessed.

Your rights:

You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
