General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the rental of the Bergbauernchalet

1 Scope of application and conclusion of contract

1.1 These GTC apply to the letting of the holiday flats (chalet and farmhouse) of the landlord.

1.2 The rental contract is concluded by the written booking confirmation of the landlord.

1.3 By making a booking, the guest recognises these GTC.



2 Booking and payment

2.1 A booking is considered binding after receipt of the booking confirmation and the deposit of 30% of the total price within 2 weeks of the booking.

2.2 Our prices are per day. Short stays are possible for a surcharge of € 250.

2.3 The local tax is € 2.60 per day/person (from 16 years) and is not included in the price.



3. arrival and departure

3.1 Check-in: From 14:00 hrs.

3.2 Check-Out: Until 10:00 am

3.3 The chalet is generally bookable from 4 nights. For bridge days from 5 or 7 nights. Shorter stays only subject to availability.



4 Cancellation conditions

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.

4.2 Up to 3 months before arrival: Handling fee of € 50,- per chalet (not applicable in case of illness or death).

4.3 From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total chalet price.

4.4 From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the total chalet price.

4.5 Within the last week and in the event of early departure or non-arrival: 100% of the total chalet price.

4.6 This cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.



5 Use of the accommodation

5.1 The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the booking.

5.2 Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and must be kept on a lead around the chalet. Daily fee € 30,-. 5.3 Smoking is not permitted in the chalet.



6 Liability and damage

6.1 The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him or his fellow travellers.

6.2 The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to the tenant's personal belongings.



7 Data protection

7.1 The Hirer's personal data will only be used to process the booking and will not be passed on to third parties.



8. final provisions

8.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.2 Austrian law shall apply.

8.3 The place of jurisdiction is St. Johann/Tyrol.
